Dedication of Tureen Neurological Research Laboratories.—
The Max and Anna Tureen Neurological Research Laboratories at the David P. Wohl Memorial Mental Health Institute, newest addition to St. Louis University's medical center, were dedicated on March 22.
Dedication followed a day-long symposium on Research in Neurology and Psychiatry opened by Dr. Edward T. Auer, Director of the Institute and head of the department of Neurology and Psychiatry at the St. Louis University School of Medicine.
Speakers at the symposium were: Dr. Benjamin Boshes, chairman, Department of Neurology and Psychiatry, Northwestern University; Dr. George H. Bishop, professor emeritus of Neurophysiology, Washington University; Dr. Richard Gordon, director of research, Monsanto Chemical Company; Rev. Albert S. Moraczewski, OP, research neuropharmacologist, Houston State Psychiatric Institute.
