The book describes and illustrates the gross anatomy of the human brain by a series of systematic dissections of three brains. Each approach reveals different features and relationships. Anyone who wishes to learn or to review the gross anatomy of the external and internal structures of the brain in a comprehensive way will find this book rewarding. Forty-nine of the fifty-two illustrations are halftones. The text is succinct, yet sufficient.
