In the article entitled "Astrocyte Expression of Major Histocompatibility Complex Gene Products in Multiple Sclerosis Brain Tissue Obtained by Stereotactic Biopsy" published in the December issue of the ARCHIVES (1991;48:1244-1246), two words were transposed. On page 1245, the right column, the sentences beginning on lines 11 through 17 should have read as follows: "Numerous astrocytes also demonstrated perinuclear cytoplasmic GFAP positivity. In some cases, individual cells contained in two serial sections could be identified as manifesting reactivity with HLA-DR antisera."
