This book is not a comprehensive textbook of tremor but, rather, focuses on the types most commonly encountered in clinical practice. Essential, cerebellar, parkinsonian, and drug-induced tremors are emphasized. A chapter on unusual forms of tremor and introductory chapters on classification and quantitative assessment are also presented. The book serves as an excellent review of the diagnosis, pathophysiology, and treatment of physiologic and pathologic tremors.
