The view that the pituitary tumor is truly a disorder of broad multidisciplinary interest is quickly reinforced by a perusal of the contents and list of contributors to this volume. The newest developments in the field, eg, neuropharmacology, transsphenoidal surgery, and molecular endocrinology, should attract the attention of the neurologic clinician, and this book will provide an interesting review for those working in the field.
