Imaging of the CNS, Head and Neck, and Spine Fourth Annual Comprehensive Update: CT, MR, Digital, Interventional.
—This course will meet Jan 20-25, 1985, under the direction of Richard G. Sherry, MD, assistant professor, Department of Radiology, State University of New York Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY. The course is designed to provide both an overview of current knowledge and an update on recent and important advances in neuroradiology; ear, nose, and throat radiology; and imaging of the spine. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of these areas will be given in detail, along with discussions of the relative merits of, and indications for, each technique. Topics of special current interest will be covered, including temporal bone anatomy and pathology, the role of digital angiography in occlusive vascular disease, diagnosis of disc disease by CT and myelography, evaluation of the postoperative spine, CT of the larynx and pharynx
