It has recently come to my attention that Polish physicians and other academicians are being isolated from outside scientific input because they are unable to renew subscriptions to our journals.

I wonder if this is the case for the ARCHIVES? If so, is there any conceivable way that our neurologic societies could underwrite the expense of sustaining the subscriptions of our academic colleagues in Poland? . . . [Full Text PDF of this Article]
