This small paperback is a useful introductory textbook to neurology. Dr Wolf's style is very personal and refreshing. The organization of the book is unorthodox, with the techniques of the neurological examination discussed in the last chapter.
This book is most appropriate for use by second- and third-year medical students, but it should not be used as a replacement for more comprehensive textbooks in neurology. Its brief discussions are not sufficient for postgraduate education or the practicing physician.
