Incorrect Figures Over Legends and an Incorrect Date.—

In the article titled "History of Occlusive Cerebrovascular Disease: I. From Wepfer to Moniz," published in the June ARCHIVES (36:340-343, 1979) an error occurred in the placement of Fig 2 and 3. What is now with the legend for Fig 2 should have been with the legend for Fig 3 and vice versa; ie, the picture now appearing with the Fig 2 legend is not Thomas Willis but is Richard Lower and the figure over the legend for Fig 3 is actually Thomas Willis. In addition, in line 4 of the synopsis-abstract, on page 340, column 1, line 10, and on page 341, column 3, 17 lines from the bottom, the date should have read 1664 and not 1665. . . .
