Arch Neurol. 1976;33(10):667.

Since this article does not have an abstract, we have provided the first 150 words of the full text PDF and any section headings.

The Archives of Neurology first appeared in 1919 as the Archives of Neurology and Psychiatry. Since 1959 it has been published under its current title. Since its inception, this publication was the official journal of the American Neurological Association (ANA) as well as being an official publication of the American Medical Association.

The AMA welcomes Maurice W. Van Allen, MD, as the new editor of the ARCHIVES.
