.... A. Cyst with an Angioma in its Wall.... Case 2.... E. K., 26 year old woman. Father, mother and sister healthy. The patient was in good health until the age of 5, when she began to feel pressure and pain in her head. These symptoms were periodic, and there were months when she had few complaints. At Christmas, 1920, the headache increased in intensity and led to an attack, lasting approximately 15 minutes, in which the pain rose to a peak, and vomiting occurred, followed by relief for some hours. The pain was localized to the fore-head, but occasionally to the occiput. In December 1920, the patient's gait was unsteady and she fell easily. By January 1921 she had become confined to bed.
