New Officers.—

At the most recent meeting of the Neurosurgical Society of America, the following officers were elected. President, Edward Schlesinger; President-Elect, Frank Nulsen; Vice-President, Thomas Morley; Secretary, William Collins, Jr.; and Treasurer, Herbert Lourie.

The next meeting of the Neurosurgical Society of America will be held at the Cloisters, Sea Island, Ga, May 9 to 12, 1971.

Training in Neurovirology.—

An opening is available, beginning July 1971, for training in neurovirology, under a program funded by the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke. The program is designed for physicians with prior training in neurology or neuropathology. Training is for a two-year period, at a stipend similar to that offered under National Institutes of Health special research fellowships. Information may be obtained from the program director, Neal Nathanson, MD, Department of Epidemiology, School of Hygiene, the Johns Hopkins University, 615 N Wolfe St, Baltimore 21205.
