This, the 15th volume of Clinical Neurosurgery, is a collection of 18 outstanding, up-to-date articles by authorities in their respective fields. Each article was read before the Congress of Neurological Surgeons at its 17th Annual Meeting in San Francisco, Oct 25-28, 1967.

The latest practical as well as theoretical concepts concerning various topics are well presented and illustrated, together with a comprehensive review of most of the subjects. The range of topics, and the diagnostic, therapeutic and theoretical points that are emphasized, make this a volume of unusual interest and value not only to neurosurgeons but also to neurologists, neuroradiologists, and neuropathologists.
