—McKinney et al (Fungus Infection of the Gasserian Ganglion, Arch Neurol 19:211 [Aug] 1968) state that there has been only one case of documented streptomycosis in the world literature—that of Fetter and his associates (1967) in "Mycoses of the C.N.S."
