To the Editor: It has been brought to our attention that in our recent article "Spinal Arachnoiditis Ossificans," which appeared in the ARCHIVES in October 1965, pp 391-394, we omitted citing a report of additional cases by Dr. Fritz Cramer and Dr. J. W. Correll which appeared in the "First International Congress of Neurological Sciences," Brussels, 1957, vol 1, Neurology, Pergamon Press, London, New York, Paris, 1959, pp 264-275.
