In the July 1998 issue of the ARCHIVES (1998;55:994-1000) in the first equation on page 998 the coefficient value for conceptualization should have been + 0.040 and not + 040 as printed. Thus, the correct equation is: Classification = 0.154 (Attention) - 0.101 (Construction) + 0.040 (Conceptualization) - 0.162 (Initiation) + 0.191 (Memory) - 4.75.
