Error in Byline. In the byline of the Original Contribution "The Natural History of Recurrent Optic Neuritis," published in the September 2004 issue of the Archives (2004;61[9]:1401-1405), the middle initial for one of the authors is incorrect. It should be Lori A. Blauwet, MD, instead of Lori K. Blauwet, MD.
