Error in Byline, Author Affiliations, and Author Contributions in: Multiple Diagnostic Tests Are Needed to Assess Multiple Causes of Dementia

Error in Byline, Author Affiliations, and Author Contributions. In the Controversies in Neurology article by Olde Rikkert et al titled "Multiple Diagnostic Tests Are Needed to Assess Multiple Causes of Dementia," published in the January issue of the ARCHIVES (2006;63:144-146), an author name was misspelled in the byline and Author Affiliations and Author Contributions sections. The correct spelling of that author's name is Frank-Erik de Leeuw.
