This third edition of Electromyography in Clinical Practice is a comprehensive text dedicated to the discussion of clinical and electrodiagnostic aspects of neuromuscular disease. It includes 27 well-referenced chapters and an appendix in which a comprehensive glossary established by members of the American Association of Electromyography and Electrodiagnosis is reprinted. The book is organized into 7 subdivisions.

Important concepts are covered, from nerve and muscle physiology and electronics to readable introductions of electromyography and nerve conduction study principles. The text also includes discussion on electrophysiologic evaluation of the autonomic nervous system and many less-used research techniques that are not routine in most electromyographic laboratories.
