Proximal ulnar mononeuropathy caused by conduction block at Erb's point

We describe a young man with classic symptoms of isolated ulnar mononeuropathy, whose nerve conduction studies showed a severe conduction block of the ulnar nerve between the stimulation at the axilla and Erb's point. His clinical and electrophysiologic abnormalities resolved completely in eight weeks.
