Proximal ulnar mononeuropathy caused by conduction block at Erb's point

We describe a young man with classic symptoms of isolated ulnar
mononeuropathy, whose nerve conduction studies showed a severe conduction
block of the ulnar nerve between the stimulation at the axilla and Erb's
point. His clinical and electrophysiologic abnormalities resolved
completely in eight weeks.
