Pharmacologic Trials in the Treatment of Cerebellar Tremor
William C. Koller, MD, PhD
Arch Neurol. 1984;41(3):280-281.
Abstract
We studied the effect of long-term administration of propranolol hydrochloride and isoniazid and the acute action of ethyl alcohol on cerebellar tremor in patients with multiple sclerosis and primary cerebellar degeneration in a placebocontrolled double-blind crossover test. None of the drugs decreased the severity of either static or kinetic cerebellar tremors.
