Life-Threatening Migraine

Abstract
An adolescent girl had complex migraine of sudden onset, with episodes of loss of consciousness and other major neurological manifestations occurring over a period of eight months. Her case illustrates the potential severity of complex migraine and the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment.
