Neurogenic Arthrogryposis in One Identical Twin

Abstract
An infant was born with multiple joint contractures and weakness. An identical twin was unaffected. The results of electrodiagnostic and histochemical studies on muscle suggested a neurogenic cause, and postmortem examination of the spinal cord showed marked loss of anterior horn cells.
