Interictal Psychopathology in Patients With Ictal FearExamples of Sensory-Limbic Hyperconnection?

Abstract
Two patients with temporal lobe epilepsy experienced ictal fear and manifested interictal fear-related behavior. It is suggested that these cases lend support to Bear's sensory-limbic hyperconnection hypothesis, and that the behavioral changes observed in these patients are consistent with the predictions of that hypothesis.
