Fortuitously Discovered Intracranial Aneurysms

Abstract

• A series of ten patients had 12 intracranial aneurysms fortuitously discoverd during roentgenographic investigation for unrelated symptomatology. The benign course of these lesions during a two-year to 71/2-year period of observation is of interest.
