Craniopharyngioma With Midbrain Involvement

Abstract
An adult patient had a craniopharyngioma that involved and displaced the midportion of the midbrain, producing Weber's syndrome. Oculomotor paresis in craniopharyngioma is not always due to parasellar involvement but may be due to midbrain involvement.
