A Reversible Ocular Manifestation of Thalamic Hemorrhage

Abstract

• A patient had a thalamic hemorrhage and periodic downward and medial tonic deviation of the eyes. The ocular findings remitted with ventricular drainage. We discuss the possible contribution of increased intracranial pressure to this ocular syndrome.
