Superior Sagittal Sinus Thrombosis

Abstract

• Seven patients had superior sagittal sinus thrombosis diagnosed by cerebral arteriography. We recommend that anti-coagulants not be used in the therapy of this entity, but rather that one should rely on antiedematous agents and anticonvulsants.
