Unilateral ProptosisAssociation With Arteriovenous Malformations Involving the Galenic System

Abstract
Unilateral proptosis in a 14-year-old girl was the initial manifestation of an arteriovenous malformation involving the vein of Galen. The diagnosis, although suspected clinically, depended on arteriography.
