Cisternal Puncture and Cryptococcal Meningitis

Abstract
In two cases of lumbar cerebrospinal fluid culture-negative, cryptococcal meningitis Cryptoccus neoformans was identified on culture and india-ink preparation only from fluid obtained at cisternal puncture.
