Abstract
A patient with dapsone-induced, reversible, peripheral neuropathy underwent a muscle biopsy, electromyography, and motor nerve conduction velocity studies, the results of which will be described. Marked clinical improvement followed discontinuation of dapsone therapy. The pathologic effect is thought to be due to axonal degeneration.
