Three per Second Spike-Wave in Digitalis Toxicity

Abstract

A 72-year-old man developed digitalis toxicity and complained of "blackouts." An electroencephalogram showed generalized 3 sec spikeand-wave occurring spontaneously and induced by hyperventilation.
